I didn't write any of this down at the time. Bit annoying in retrospect.

If you're reproducing the build, reasonable starting points for PLA on an FDM printer would be a 0.2 mm layer height, 3–4 perimeters, and 20–40% infill. Dial in your own settings from there though, depending on your material and how tight you need the tolerances.
